Pricing FAQ

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free is not a trial — it has no time limit. You can use it indefinitely for up to 15 spaces and 100 items.
What counts as a "space"?
Any named location in your hierarchy — a room, a shelf, a storage unit, a bin. Nested spaces each count as one toward Free plan limits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or manage billing anytime from Settings → Billing. If you downgrade, your data is preserved; paid features pause until you upgrade again.
Are prices per seat or per account?
Per account, not per seat. Pro includes up to 5 team members. Business includes unlimited members.
What about facility operator tools?
Occupancy dashboards, lease/payment pipelines, and offline staff mode are on the roadmap — not included in any plan yet. Business subscribers get priority access when they ship.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of any charge. Contact support@spaceforthat.com.
Is AI usage unlimited on Pro?
Pro includes AI cataloging features under fair-use limits designed for real home and team inventory work. We may throttle or require an upgrade if automated or abusive volume threatens service quality. Exact quotas will be published once we finish measuring real usage costs.
